Privacy Policy & Terms of Use
Stermio Organizer ("the app") is a free app with optional auto-renewing subscriptions. This page explains what information the app stores, what information third-party services receive when you use it, and the terms that apply to using the app and its subscriptions.
Information Stored on Your Device
Your favorites, search history, mini-game scores, language setting and subscription status are stored only in a local database on your device. This content is never uploaded to us and is not shared with anyone. You can remove items at any time in the app, and deleting the app removes all of it.
The app does not require an account and does not ask for your name, email address or other contact details.
Information Collected Automatically
To keep the app working and to improve it, the third-party services listed below may automatically receive technical information such as your device model, operating system version, app version, language, an app-specific installation identifier, your IP address, crash reports, performance measurements and anonymous usage events (for example, which screens are opened and whether a purchase succeeded). Our analytics do not use your device's advertising identifier (IDFA). Where the app shows ads, the advertising provider may use the advertising identifier only if you allow tracking when iOS asks you.
Third-Party Services
The app uses, or may use, the following services. Each one handles data under its own privacy policy:
- AdMob – advertising
- Google Analytics for Firebase – anonymous usage statistics
- Firebase Crashlytics – crash reports
- Firebase Performance Monitoring – app performance measurements
- The Movie Database (TMDB) – movie and TV information and images; requests include your IP address and the language selected in the app
- YouTube (Google) – trailers play through the official YouTube embedded player
- Apple App Store – processes subscription purchases; we never receive your payment details
Log Data
If the app encounters an error, crash-reporting services may collect Log Data on your device, such as your device's IP address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app, and the time and date of the error. Log Data does not include your favorites, search history or any other content stored in the app.
Cookies
The app itself does not use cookies. The embedded YouTube player and the third-party services listed above may use cookies or similar technologies as described in their own privacy policies.
Security
Content you create in the app stays inside the app's protected storage on your device. Information sent to the services above travels over encrypted connections. No method of transmission or electronic storage is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

The app and this page contain links to third-party sites. These sites are not operated by us, and we have no control over their content or privacy practices. Please review their privacy policies.
Children's Privacy
The app is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the app, please contact us and we will work with the relevant service provider to delete it.
Terms of Use
Your use of the app is governed by Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA) together with the terms below.
- Subscriptions. Optional weekly and yearly subscriptions unlock trailer access. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account when you confirm the purchase.
- Auto-renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Managing your subscription. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your App Store account settings. Use "Restore Purchases" in the app to restore an active subscription on a new device.
- Content. Movie and TV information and images are provided by TMDB. This product uses the TMDB API but is not endorsed or certified by TMDB. Titles, posters and artwork are the property of their respective owners, and Stermio Organizer is not affiliated with any film studio. Trailers play through the official YouTube embedded player. The app does not host, download or stream full movies or TV episodes.
- As is. The app is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this page from time to time. Changes take effect when they are posted here, and the effective date above is updated accordingly.
